2010-02-08 - Just eight days after publicly acknowledging a new relationship, model Anna Umemiya (37) revealed in her blog that the romance is over.
At the end of January, Umemiya confirmed reports that she was dating Yu Nakajima (28), a wide receiver for the X-League football team Asahi Beer Silver Star. The two started going out this past December, and things seemed to be going well when the relationship was first discovered. However, it seems that the attention that the relationship got in the media may have been one of the factors in the breakup.
Umemiya was previously married between 2001 and 2003. She has an 8-year-old daughter named Momoka.
