Fuji TV to air drama special about heroic cop

2008-01-21 - On February 15, Fuji TV will broadcast a documentary drama special titled "Shinu n janai!" starring actor Yuuji Miyake. The story illustrates the life of Tokyo policeman Kunihiko Miyamoto, who died last February after being hit by a train while saving a woman who tried to commit suicide.

Other characters in the drama include Miyamoto's wife (played by Ran Itou), his colleague (Mikihisa Azuma), and an unagi shop owner (Raita Ryuu).
