Synopsis(by Daniel):
Sequel of the 2003-dorama Dr. Koto Shinryouji. Dr. Koto still works with the only nurse at the small island Shikina. At the return from Tokyo, where Ayaka hat a medical examination, she meets Mina, the new very unfriendly and incompetend second nurse at the island. When Dr. Koto finds out the results of Ayakas examination he is shocked...
