Hanazakari no Kimitachi e

Also known as "Hana Kimi". Mizuki Ashiya lives in the US together with her family. There she learns the high jumper Izumi Sano had given up jumping after being injured. Mizuki has her own reasons to get Izumi back to high jumping and so she decides to fly to Japan, where she is going to his high school "Ohsaka Gakuen." As this is a boys-only school with the best looking students in town, she has to disguise herself as a boy to achieve her goal.
She adapts to the new situation very fast and is able to find many new friends, amongst them is the soccer player Shuichi Nakatsu, who seems to develop some feelings for Mizuki and starts to worry about being gay. Will Mizuki get Izumi to be a high jumper again? Will she be able to keep her true identity a secret? And how will Shuichi's feelings develop?
