Up until 2 years ago, when he was caught by national police, former junior high student Fujimaru Takagi was known as the legendary hacker Falcon. Pressured by police and his father working there, he finally gives up being a hacker.
After a terrorist attack took place in Russia, where a whole city vanished, and the Russian government is keeping back details of, a terrorist attack in Tokyo is assumed. To find the culprits, Fujimaru, who is a high school student by now, is to do some hacks again, this time for the Japanese national police, but he has no will to do that. After some terrorist's accomplices working for the police pinned a murder on his father, Fujimaru is motivated to help them. But the enemies are all around...
