Mei-chan no Shitsuji

Up until her parents died in an accident, Mei Shinonome has been helping out in their family's udon restaurant. Even if they were living a simple life, they have always been happy. One day Rihito Shibata, a butler sent by her grandfather, president of the Hongou Group, Kintarou Hongou, appears to take her to the Saint Licia Girl's school to make a real lady of her. But she will not change to the school of the super rich until she lost everything she had.
Every student at the Saint Lucia school, that's area is about one third of the size of Tokyo, has her own butler ans is well educated. Mei's classmates are immidiately noticing that she is not one of them and try to mob her out of the school. Even their scholar performances are much better than Mei's. Will she keep up her will to fight and struggle through?
